With the new campaign fast upon us, many supporters have queried if they are keeping the same Season Cards or being issued with new ones.
At the time of purchase we advised fans to keep their current card and for those that have renewed their 2022/23 Season Ticket and stayed in the same seat and concession band, they will continue to use their existing Season Card for 2023/24. All games have now been uploaded to the existing cards.
Those who have renewed but changed concessionary band, or have moved seats/stands, plus all new Season Ticket holders, will be issued with a fresh Season Card to be dispatched this week.
Supporters who have misplaced their cards can visit the Ticket Office for a replacement, which will be duplicated as all information is identical. The design of the card is also the same so please make this request only if the card is lost.
Please note that over the summer, our turnstile infrastructure has been upgraded and the scanners will now clearly display each price type clearly. Each price band will be displayed after the card is scanned and supporters who are within a concession category or have a PA/carer ticket may be required to show proof of eligibility at the turnstiles before the system allows entry.
Disabled supporters who require a PA must ensure they have named identification and the PA is with them upon entry.
The new system also now has the ability to scan mobile phones, so for those that purchase match tickets or cup tickets there will be no need to print e-tickets. When a barcode has been scanned, it will not allow access again.
The upgraded access control system will see the removal of plastic cards from the following season (2024/25) as we begin to move to fully digital Season Cards and match tickets.
Supporters are reminded that there will no longer be cash available on the turnstiles for any fixture including the friendly against Luton on Saturday and are advised to purchase tickets as early as possible to avoid delays on matchdays.
