FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I check my Ticket Priority Points?
Log into the SWFC Ticket site as usual. Hover over your name and then select ‘Personal Details’.
Your Ticket Priority Points are shown on the ‘My Profile’ section. Please note each supporter must log in to see your own Ticket Priority Points total.
What is a Client ID/Supporter/Reference Number?
This is a unique number printed on Season Ticket cards or matchday tickets. Please look for old match tickets if you do not have one to hand.
If in doubt of your number, please contact the Owls Ticket Office on 03700 201867 (option 1) but please be aware lines will be extremely busy, so supporters are advised to source your own individual number.
How many tickets can I purchase with my ID number?
One ticket per ID number. Supporters are unable to add any additional tickets to your ID number once purchased. If general sale is reached, Season Ticket holders can purchase an additional ticket on your ID.
I want to sit with friends and family but they are in different sales phases?
You are advised to wait and purchase tickets when your friend or family on the lowest phase of sale becomes available. If you do wait until the general sale periods there is a risk of missing out.
I want to buy more than six tickets in one transaction?
The club have to follow strict sales guidelines set by the EFL and Wembley Stadium so supporters are unable to purchase more than six tickets in one transaction. Those who wish to purchase more than six tickets would have to do in separate transactions.
When will tickets sell out?
This is uncertain but all supporters who are Season Ticket holders/Corporate Members/Club Members/Future Season Ticket holders and Members/Owls Foundation Members are guaranteed a ticket providing you buy during the respective phase of sale and before the next phases.
I have been buying tickets for others under my ID all season so my friend has no points, what can I do?
Unfortunately we are unable to change this as Ticket Priority Points are non-transferable. We advise for every game that in order to be awarded Ticket Priority Points you must use individual ID numbers. This is publicised on all ticket sales information.
Where can I see how many tickets are sold?
No specific platform will show how many tickets are sold, however our official Twitter Account @swfc will provide updates when necessary.
Using your friends and family ID numbers.
Please note that many supporters have shared ID numbers with others in the past. Please do not book a ticket under family or friends IDs unless they are fully aware that you are doing so. Once an ID number is used it cannot be used again.
Thank you for your cooperation and COME ON WEDNESDAY!
