Both Charles and Moses featured last time out for Gareth McAuley’s side in a narrow 3-2 defeat against Italy.
For Moses, it was a first international cap and the striker marked the occasion with a debut goal in the second half.
Charles and Moses are amongst a string of players from the academy earning international recognition this season.
Goalkeeper and current Owls scholar Logan Stretch has been called up for the Wales Under-17 squad this season, while several players at Under-16 level and below have also earned call-ups in 2023/24.
