The EFL Supporters Survey is your opportunity to provide feedback to your club about your experiences.
The latest survey is wide-reaching and seeks to canvas opinions on clubs, issues affecting the game, how fans consume football news and content, in addition to asking for feedback on many areas of the home and away matchday experience.
