Owls defender Di’Shon Bernard featured for Jamaica on Saturday in their CONCACAF Nations League defeat against Canada.

Jamaica went down 2-1 at Independence Park in Kingston in the first leg of the quarter-final clash.

They now travel to Cananda for the second leg which takes place at BMO Field in Toronto on Wednesday.

It’s a vital clash for Bernard and co. with the winners of the two-legged tie guaranteed qualification for the 2024 Copa América.

Elsewhere, Owls Under-18s leading scorer Devlan Moses made his first start for Northern Ireland Under-19s against Czech Republic on Saturday.

The striker played an hour of the 2-0 defeat at Inver Park in Larne.

Pierce Charles was an unused substitute for this fixture.

Northern Ireland have one game left to play in the UEFA preparatory Under-19 friendly tournament against Portugal on Tuesday at Inver Park (7:00pm).
