Xisco cut a disappointed and frustrated figure following the 3-0 defeat to Swansea on Saturday.
The Owls started the game well in South Wales but following Jamal Lowe’s penalty, the hosts went from strength to strength and further goals from Jerry Yates and Charlie Patino sealed victory.

Wednesday hit the woodwork and fashioned other chances but the Swans were the sharper in the final third.
The manager said: “It is so disappointing because from the beginning we were the better team. We took the game to Swansea but the penalty changed the game.

“But after that we still had chances but did not have the capacity in the final third to change the situation.
“We hit the crossbar and if that was a goal we would be talking about a different outcome for sure.
“We created chances, we got crosses into the box but Swansea took their chances and we did not.”
