Today, Wednesday 7 February, is the final day of sales for Phase 1 2024/25 Season Tickets and the Owls are reminding supporters of the comprehensive FAQs which answer and explain a range of queries which have recently arisen.
Why do I have to pay by cash or cheque only for Season Tickets?
This is incorrect, supporters have the option of paying for Season Tickets with exactly the same payment options as we always offer.
To pay by debit/credit card, simply log-in to your online ticket account and follow the ‘how to renew your seat section’ of the FAQs. Once at the basket stage, click ‘PayPal’ and you will then have an option to enter your card details as normal. Alternatively, log-in to your PayPal account and take advantage of the payment options available.
Supporters also have the option to pay via V12 Finance for online purchases, as well as using any Ticket Credit valid on your account.
If you do not wish to pay by debit/credit card or via the finance option, you can buy your Season Ticket in the Ticket Office with cash or by cheque should you wish to do so.
Why do I have to pay via PayPal?
PayPal offers exactly the same payment methods as other gateways. Supporters do not have to be a PayPal user and can simply check out with just card and address details for non-mobile bookings, alternatively supporters can sign into PayPal if already a user and use the payment methods already saved. Because PayPal is an online-only platform, this is why Season Ticket purchases online must be made this way.
Online sales represent the most time-efficient option, for example when the club sold 40,000 tickets in a matter of days ahead of the play-off final last May solely online.
Why do I not get a receipt for payments made in the Ticket Office?
Every supporter will receive email confirmation/receipt for every booking, be it online or in the Ticket Office, this is outlined within the FAQs. Some supporters who have been in store have also requested an additional receipt, for which Ticket Office staff have duly obliged.
How do I renew online?
- Log in to your account (using the Client ID Number on the bottom left of your Season Card)
- Once logged in go to the ‘Season Tickets’ tab
- Select 'Season Ticket Renewal'
- Highlight the box next to your name (and any others you wish to renew)
- 'Renew my Season Ticket’ will appear on the right
- Click that button and follow the on-screen instructions
