Danny Röhl has issued positive news on the injury front regarding Dominic Iorfa.
The defender has been out with injury since December after pulling up early in our home clash with Blackburn.
Behind the scenes Iorfa has been making positive strides towards his return and rejoined his team mates in full training this week.
Röhl said: “It’s not nice when you have injuries to players but we have seen huge steps forward by Dom.
“Today (Thursday) he trained the whole training session with us and I am very positive that he can be back next week in the team training and maybe available for the next game.”
Momo Diaby could be back in contention soon, while the manager also offered an update on Josh Windass and Akin Famewo.
“Windass is back on the training pitch but more individual,” he explained.
“Momo trained part of the session with us today (Thursday) and I think he will be available for the full training tomorrow.
“It is difficult to say. We have a normal training week next week and a lot of things can happen when we have more time.
“Akin is the same, a little issue with a small muscle and we go day by day. Hopefully next week he is back on the training pitch, first individual then by the end of the week with the whole team.”
