In person at the Owls Megastore or by telephone on 03700 201867 (option 1).
I purchased a Multi-Year Season Ticket previously and still have seasons remaining, am I still applicable?
Yes, but due to a number of complexities, we have to deal with each case individually based on time remaining and how long you wish to extend by. Therefore we ask that you email in your request stating how long you have left to run and how long you wish to extend by to ticketenquiries@swfc.co.uk. Please ensure a contactable daytime number is included in the email.
When is the Multi-Year deadline?
Monday 10 February 2020 at 5.00pm.
Can I buy online?
No, this option is only available in store at the Ticket Office.
How can I pay for a Multi-Year Season Ticket?
By cash, cheque or debit card.
We also have finance options available with V12 Retail Finance, payable over six, 10 or 20 months (three, four or five years only), with an arrangement fee. The fee is 6.25% (six months), 6.5% (10 months) or 7.9% (20 months) of the basket total and payable at the time of the first payment.
Supporters should note that credit checks are conducted during the application process for credit card purchases.
Why can’t I pay by credit card for a Multi-Year Season Ticket?
Due to financial regulations on credit card purchases against such products, unfortunately we are unable to accept credit card payments.
What happens if I change concessionary band for the duration of the Multi-Year option I choose?
You can still make your purchase and a price will be calculated at the Ticket Office. Please note that the price is based on the following calculations:
You would pay the relevant price for the years in one age bracket followed by the relevant price for the years for the next age bracket. For example:
A Season Ticket holder is 63 and wishes to take up the five-year Season Ticket option on the Kop. They would pay two years as an adult (£890) and then three years at the senior price (£745). The total would be £1,635.
The pricing for 2 and 4 years is based on the 2019/20 multi year season tickets prices.
Is this applicable for other concessions?
Yes, all concessions are available but proof may be requested during any home game and concessions are required to show proof of eligibility each season before the respective card is reactivated.
What are the cut-offs for each age-based concession?
This is dependent on the number of seasons purchased.
One-year Season Tickets – must be the relevant age by the 1 August 2020
Three-year Season Tickets - must be the relevant age by the 6 August 2022
Five-year Season Tickets – must be the relevant age by the 3 August 2024
