Ross Wallace has been voted as the swfc.co.uk January Player of the Month.
The winger has won the award with 41% of the fans’ vote.
With three goals in his last four games, the Scot’s contributions have been crucial to the Owls’ rise back into the top six.
His first goal of the campaign came last month in stunning fashion in a clash against promotion rivals Huddersfield at Hillsborough.
In a close-fought tussle with the Terriers, Wallace’s long range strike flew into the top corner to give Wednesday the vital breakthrough.
He went on to score in the 2-2 draw with Bristol City at Ashton Gate and has also begun February in the same vein, hitting the winner against Wigan at The DW Stadium.
