When called upon on Saturday at Wolves, Cameron Dawson did not disappoint.
Under the cosh at times at Molineux, the Owls academy product produced a faultless performance to keep out the champions.
It was a solid all-round defensive display from Wednesday in the West Midlands and Jos Luhukay said:
“Two or three times Cammy was fantastic, he was with high focus and high concentration.
“Of course, you need a little bit of luck but when something was dangerous we had Cammy.
“He was an excellent keeper to clear the situations.
“In the games previous, we had Joe to do the same so we are happy with this situation.
“We saw on Saturday what Cammy always does in the training in the last months and also in the FA Cup.
“It is important for a young goalkeeper to have these experiences in full and fantastic stadium.
“He made a good performance for the team and Saturday was a good challenge to show what he can do.”
