Match preview: Owls v Reading

2 December 2020

Sheffield Wednesday are back at Hillsborough this evening where we face Reading after Saturday’s goalless draw with Stoke.

The Owls have picked up a point in each of the last two outings against strong opposition in the form of Swansea and the Potters.

Reading, meanwhile, have enjoyed a strong start to the campaign and head to Hillsborough just outside the top six on goal difference.

The Royals recently slipped to four successive defeats in late October, running through November but returned to winning ways last weekend by defeating Bristol City 3-1 on home soil.

Here’s all you need to know ahead of the game;
