Team news

Owls: The Owls have no fresh injury or suspension concerns following last weekend's clash against Barnsley.

Reda Johnson is approaching his return to first team action and stored an hour under his belt in the midweek Under-21 game at Derby.

Jose Semedo (knee) and Jay Bothroyd (ankle) look set to miss out on Saturday.

Charlton: Striker Ricardo Fuller (hamstring) is unlikely to play a part on Saturday, while Rhoys Wiggins (fractured metatarsal) isn't expected back for a couple of weeks.

Long-term injury casualty Andy Hughes (achilles) will also be absent for the Addicks.

Charlton will be looking for a return to winning ways after a 2-0 loss at Bolton last weekend ended their seven-game unbeaten run.

View from the dugout

Dave Jones said: "We have to build on the win over Barnsley. We now enter a busy period of games and the players have to keep their foot on the gas and stay focused on the task ahead."

Chris Powell said: "We’ve had a terrific run and now we've got to have another one. In the Championship you have a spell where everything is going for you and then you’ll have a spell where it doesn't  but we really need to get back on it in Sheffield."
