Owls: Chris Maguire and Joe Mattock are both available for selection after recovering from a bug that had hit the camp.
The Owls will make a late call on Jay Bothroyd who suffered with sickness in the early part of the week.
Stephen Bywater will be unavailable through illness while new signing Adam Davies will be on the substitutes bench as deputy for Chris kirkland.
Blackburn: Rovers have confirmed they have no fresh injury concerns ahead of tonight's match.
England Under-19 international Raheem Hanley will be included in the squad, while Markus Olsson (hamstring), Simon Vukcevic (groin), Leon Best (knee) and Fabio Nunes (hamstring) remain on the sidelines.
