England Under-17s reached the quarter finals of the European Championships after defeating Denmark 3-1 on Thursday evening in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Owls youngster George Hirst played a starring role in the crucial group stage clash as his late goal sealed the win for the young Lions.
Hirst came on from the bench on 72 minutes with England 2-1 ahead and just moments later, the striker ran beyond the Danish defence and slotted the ball home to set up a quarter final clash with Spain.
England finish as Group C runners-up behind Sweden and the Owls forward featured in all three fixtures leading up to the knockout stage.
The quarter final with Spain will take place on Sunday 15 May in Baku.
