The SWFC Yearbook will allow Wednesdayites to secure space for individual messages, images and video messages to become an indelible part of the club’s history.
As it begins to take shape ahead of the launch, we asked several players from the first team what they would include in the inaugural edition!
From scoring goals in front of the Kop to penalty saves, debut goals to wearing the captain’s armband – there were plenty of ideas from the boys!
The yearbook will be revised throughout the season before closing on 31 May 2023 when it will be saved and available online to view for years to come.
Significant dates in history will also be recognised, with the SWFC Yearbook now featuring a mark of respect to recent events with images from Her Late Majesty’s visits to Hillsborough.
Be it a new birth in the family, a celebration, commemorative message for a loved one or simply a message of support, this is the chance to be immortalised in SWFC history.
The first edition will also include a rollcall of every single player who has made a senior appearance for the Owls, which again will be updated in real time.
In addition, the maiden yearbook will host a rollcall of supporters’ names who generously donated the value of the five outstanding fixtures during the peak of the pandemic back to the club. Club 1867 Members will also be recognised.
